FH Mobile Response User's Guide

The FIREHOUSE Software Mobile Response User's Guide is designed to help you configure and use FH Mobile Response on your mobile computer.

The FH database is kept on a computer at your fire station, and is managed by your installation of FH Standard or FH Enterprise. After following the directions in the FIREHOUSE Software Mobile Response Installation Guide, FH Mobile Response was installed on a mobile computer such as a tablet or a laptop, and the necessary records from the FH database were copied on to the mobile computer during the installation and configuration process. An FH Mobile Response server was set up to establish communication and data sharing between the mobile computers. At regularly scheduled intervals, data in the mobile database is automatically updated with changes in the FH database.

During an emergency, FH Mobile Response displays information in a format designed for use while in transit and on scene, and provides full map routing capabilities.

Note: You must install FH 7.13.39 or later to work with FH Mobile Response.

FH® technical support staff is available to answer your questions by telephone or email. Technical support hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Call 800-921-5300, option 2.
