Publish to the incident server

If the incident you currently have open is one that you have added to or edited the information in on your mobile computer, you can upload (publish) the incident back to the FH Mobile Response server, to share with other FH Mobile Response units.

Note: You must have purchased FH Mobile Response Premium to publish incident information to the FH Mobile Response server. For information on upgrading from FH Mobile Response Basic to Premium, contact your FH sales representative.

  1. (If an incident is not already open) Open an incident, as described in Open an incident.
  2. Do one of the following.

    • Choose Go → Server → Publish to Incident Server.
    • On the Incident ribbon, click Publish to Incident Server.

    The incident data on your mobile computer is uploaded to the FH Mobile Response server.

    Note: For smart forms associated with an incident, only the data written out to the fields in the forms is published, not the forms themselves. For other clients to open the same forms, filled out exactly as viewed on the publishing machine, the appropriate forms must be copied to the smart forms directory prior to the event.
