Access and use an on-screen keyboard

If you are using a touch-screen device that is not equipped with a keyboard, you can access an on-screen keyboard while working in FH Mobile Response.

1. Choose Go → Tools → On-Screen Keyboard.

   A keyboard appears across the bottom of your screen.

   

2. Touch the keys on the on-screen keyboard as needed to enter text and numbers.
3. (When you are finished with the keyboard) Click the X in the upper right corner of the keyboard.
