Access Query

The Queries form displays all types of queries. You can limit the query list by selecting a specific query type in the Display Query of Type area.

Note: You can't directly open records from this area, but you can modify queries, add new queries, and output queries to file or printer.

1. From the Tools menu select the Queries... option.

   The Queries form is displayed.

2. Click the button to the left of the module name and record area.
