Removing Report/Query Passwords
Passwords can be added to specific reports or queries so that all users with non-administrative access to the system must enter a password to access the report.

From the Reports menu, select any report area.
The Reports form is displayed.
- Press Options, then select Remove all Passwords.

Press Yes to the prompt
Remove all Passwords?
.All report passwords in all categories are removed.

From the Tools menu, select Queries.
The Queries form is displayed.
- Press Options, then select Remove all Passwords.

Press Yes to the prompt
Remove all Passwords?
.All query passwords in all categories are removed.

From the Graphs menu, select any category.
The Graphs form is displayed.
- Press Options, then select Remove all Passwords.

Press Yes to the prompt
Remove all Passwords?
.All graph passwords in all categories are removed.
