Mike leads ESO’s legal department, overseeing compliance, contract management, risk management and numerous corporate development initiatives. An expert on the legal issues faced by high-growth companies, he has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, as well as private practice. He holds undergraduate and LLM degrees from Duke University, along with JD and MBA degrees from the University of Denver.
