Shelley brings to ESO more than 15 years of experience leading teams in large scale software production and joins the ESO team to oversee the evolution of ESO’s Billing & Dispatch products. Most recently at Dell, Shelley was responsible for commercial and B2B online product development, driving direction, execution and development of Dell’s online e-commerce platform that yields $13B annual revenue. Shelley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science along with a Masters of Arts in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University.
