The automated tasks added to FH are run at the user-specified interval when the task processor is enabled.
Example: If you have an automated task set to run daily at 8:00 AM, the task will be run at 8:00 AM if the task processor is enabled. If the task processor is not enabled at the specified time, the next time the task processor is enabled, the task processor scans automated tasks and determines that the 8:00 AM automated task needs to be run.

Do one of the following.
To do this Do this Temporarily enable the task processor
- Choose the Administration menu, Automated Tasks... option.
- Use the Automated Task Setup form to enable the task processor.
Permanently enable the task processor at Windows or FH startup
- Choose the Tools menu, Workstation Options option.
- Use the Workstation Options form to enable the task processor.
