View and modify the automated task processor status.

• Start activates the task processor so that tasks are scanned and run at the user-defined interval.
• Suspend temporarily disables the task processor, but leaves the FH icon on the Windows task bar.
• Stop disables the task processor and removes the FH icon from the Windows task bar.
