Station Roster
Station Roster enables personnel and units to be listed as available for staff activities. Units and personnel added to the roster are available for selection when adding responding units and personnel to incident reports.

From the File menu, select Station Management, Station Roster option.
The Station Roster form Unit Personnel section is displayed.

Do any of the following.
Add units with staff-
Press Add next to the Unit area.
The Station Roster - Available Unit Detail form is displayed.

Add a unit, then save and close.
Note: Note that the Staff Assigned caption changes based on the highlighted unit.

Press Add Group next to the Staff Assigned area and select all staff members to associate with the unit.
You can add staff one at a time by pressing Add. Repeat the steps above for each unit and staff member associated with the unit.
Add personnel not associated with units- Press the Personnel Roster tab, then add personnel not associated with any specific unit.
Initiate dispatch incidents-
Press the Unit Status & Availability tab to review the status of units in the units roster.
The current status of the unit is listed based on responding unit information.
Example: If the unit is currently enroute, enroute is listed in the status column. In service indicates that the unit is available for calls.
When the Station Roster form is opened from the Dispatch/Remote Station Incident Report form Resources section, press Add Selected Unit To Active Incident to add the highlighted unit to the incident.
- Press the Unit Response History tab to display responding unit history for the units on the roster.
