Select List Items

You can select one or multiple items from a list to add records in many areas of FH.

Example: When adding responding units, you can select multiple units at one time rather than one at a time.

  1. Select items.

    To select this Do this

    One list item
    • Click on a list item to highlight.

    List items in a range
    1. Click on the first list item in the range.
    2. Press Shift, then click the last list item in the range to highlight all list item between the first and last records in range.
    3. Release the Shift key.

    List items spread throughout a list
    1. Click on a list item.
    2. Press Ctrl, then click an additional list item, repeating until all list items are selected.
    3. Release the Ctrl key.

    Tip: Clicking on a selected (highlighted) list item will deselect the list item.

  2. Press OK.

    All highlighted records are added.
