Combine Distinct Value Lookups

Certain distinct value lookups may share values due to their similarity to one another.

Example: There are two separate distinct value lookups for Equipment Brand: one used in HazMat Reports, and the other used in Fire Reports. The distinct value lookups for the Fire Reports Equipment Brand field can be combined with the HazMat Report Equipment Brand distinct value lookups if desired.

1. From the Tools menu, select Distinct Value Lookups.
2. Highlight the distinct lookup to modify, then press Setup.

3. Check Combine lookup options for this field with other common fields.

   The list of other areas where the distinct values will be available are listed.

4. Press OK.
