About Distinct Values Lookups
Distinct values lookups are fields with access to a list of distinct values made into that field in other records. Any value can be typed into a distinct value lookup (unless the category is locked), and the distinct value is available for use in new records as soon as the current record is saved. The Dispatched For field in the EMS/Search & Rescue Report form is an example of a distinct lookup field.
