Custom Data Export

Information on custom data exports is available in About Custom Data Export.

If you don't have any custom data export definitions, you need to install the custom data export definition. Only FH development personnel have the ability to develop custom data export definitions from scratch.

  1. From the Administration menu, select Custom Data Export.

    The Data Export form is displayed.

  2. Select the export to run, then press Run.

    Note: When an EMS incident transaction file has been added (other than the standard EMS transaction file) you can select the export from the Export EMS Transaction Files option.

    1. Select the appropriate export.

    2. Press OK.

      The Data Export "Export Name" form is displayed.

      Note: If the EMS Export Wizard is displayed, you selected the standard EMS export. Information on EMS transactions is available in EMS Export Wizard.  
  3. Complete form options, then press Finish.

  4. Specify query parameters if applicable, then press OK.

    The transaction file is created and placed in the specified location(s).
