NFIRS Incident Reporting
The Ontario Office of the Fire Marshal introduced a new Standard Incident and Injury Reporting method in 2009. The 2009 SIR method has a completely new set of user fields to be used with incident reporting, to go with altered system rules, and lookup code and description changes. Review the Ontario 2009 SIR Implementation Instructions before installing any components.
