EMS Incident Reporting
The Florida Bureau of EMS has developed specifications and related information for submission of incident data to EMSTARS. FIREHOUSE Software has installable components and instructions necessary to meet the state requirements and guidelines.
EMSTARS Facility and Hospital Transport Destination Codes
The EMSTARS list of Transport Destination/Facilities codes are available as individual .FHz installation files to minimize the volume of codes populating into the FH database. The complete list includes over 30,000 codes for the different facilities throughout the state of Florida. Download FloridaFacilitycodes.zip and unzip the file to a temporary folder on your computer. Browse the list of files to locate the county you transport patients to. Install the FHz file in FIREHOUSE Software from the Administration menu, Install New or Updated Components.
