Modify existing smart forms

You can modify an existing smart form, then update it in FH Mobile Response's internal smart form database.

Note: It is strongly recommended that you make a copy of an existing smart form and make changes to the copy, rather than to one of the standard forms shipped with FH Mobile Response.

1. Use the information in Create editable PDF forms to open and modify an existing form in the smart forms library.

   The smart forms library exists in C:\Program Files (x86)\FH Mobile Response\Program\Preplans\SmartForms\Templates.

   Note: Whenever you make changes to the organization or content of the smart forms folders, you need to update FH Mobile Response so that it finds your changes.

2. Follow the directions in Update smart forms to update the smart forms internal database in FH Mobile Response with your change modified form.
