FH Mobile Response Integration Guide
You can integrate a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system with FH Mobile Response to provide a seamless transfer of incoming call files from the CAD system into FH Mobile Response. If you choose to accept the incoming call data, FH Mobile Response determines the most efficient route to the call location and displays it on your mobile computer.
