(NEMSIS 2.0) Specify personnel certification information
Note: If you are using NEMSIS 3.0, skip the steps in this topic and continue with Specify the cities, states, counties, and zip codes your department serves. Specifying personnel certification information is only necessary for NEMSIS 2.0.

At the bottom of the spreadsheet, click the Certifications tab.
The Certifications worksheet appears.

In the Description column, for each type of certification your department members hold, type a short description of the certification on a new line.
Note: Any certification descriptions you enter in this column become available in drop-down menu lists in other worksheets.
- Choose File → Save.
- Continue with (NEMSIS 2.0) Specify location information.
