Unlock your account

If you incorrectly enter your password on three consecutive attempts, your FH Cloud account locks.

Note: You must have enrolled your account in SMOP to unlock your account.

Information in enrolling in SMOP is available in Enroll in SMOP.

  1. In a web browser, access the SMOP portal at https://password.firehousesoftware.com/smop/.

    The Welcome page appears.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Unlock Account.

    The Unlock your account page appears.

  3. In Username, type your FH Cloud user name.
  4. Verify that Domain is set to fhcloud, and then click Continue.

    The Enrollment Data Verification page appears.

  5. Accurately answer the user identifying questions on the page, and then click Continue.

    The Success page appears.

  6. Click Continue.

    The Welcome page reappears.
