Reset your password

Note: You must have enrolled your account in SMOP to reset your own password.

Information in enrolling in SMOP is available in Enroll in SMOP.

1. In a web browser, access the SMOP portal at https://password.firehousesoftware.com/smop/.

   The Welcome page appears.

   

2. In the left navigation pane, click Reset Password.

   The Reset your password page appears.

   

3. In Username, type your FH Cloud user name.

4. Verify that Domain is set to fhcloud, and then click Continue.

   The Enrollment Data Verification page appears.

   

5. Accurately answer the user identifying questions on the page, and then click Continue.

   The Set your new password page appears.

   

6. In New Password and Reconfirm Password, enter the new password you want to use.

7. Click Reset Password.

   The Success page appears.

   

8. Click Continue.

   The Welcome page reappears.
