5.10.17 Release Notes
These Release Notes are for FH CAD Monitor release 5.10.17, and provide a listing of the enhancement implemented and defects resolved during this release.
Note: FH CAD Monitor requires FIREHOUSE Software 7.9.14 or later.
Enhancement
The following enhancement was implemented during this release.
Motorola PremierOne interface
A new interface has been added to FH CAD Monitor, to support integrations with Motorola PremierOne CAD systems.
Information on configuring FH CAD Monitor for an interface is available in Configure FH CAD Monitor.

Issues resolved
The following issues were resolved during this release.
(FH on the FH Cloud) Payloader failed error appeared
In an isolated case, while processing the incoming CAD data, the following message appeared.
Payloader failed to load file \\fhcloudetftp1\FTPData\SFTP_KS_JCCFD2\BEE08B15310E47CE99B2FEC47A263B6

(Tritech VisiCAD) Errors appeared when querying for responding personnel/staff Activities
If you imported Tritech VisiCAD XML data files that contained roster/scheduling information for responding personnel and staff activities, the following error message appeared.
Error 1923 (Object CAD_UNITS is not found.)

Error 12 (Variable 'CONVERTEDUNITVALUE' is not found.)

(Tritech VisiCAD) Incident user fields did not import
If you imported Tritech VisiCAD XML files that contained mutual aid given and/or received data and user-defined fields on the incident record, the user-defined fields did not import into FH.

(FH on the FH Cloud) Error 11 appeared
If your FH CAD Monitor integrates with your FH database using an OBDC data source, and then on the Database tab, in the FIREHOUSE Software Database section, if you clicked Clear and saved the settings, the next time you clicked the Options button at the bottom of the Firehouse Software CAD Monitor dialog box, the following error message appeared.

No conversion option for street suffixes
On the Filters & Data tab, when you click Code Conversions, the Code Conversions dialog box appears. In the Show Code Conversions for Lookup Category menu, a Street Prefix option was available, but there was no option to for converting a street suffix.
The Street Prefix option has been renamed Street Prefix / Street Suffix and now converts both street prefixes and suffixes.
