FIREHOUSE Software Instructions for Disabling User Account Control (UAC)

You can avoid performance problems caused by Window's User Account Control (UAC) feature by disabling UAC and then installing Firehouse® to a location other than the default install location, without using Window's Add or Remove Programs feature. The FIREHOUSE Software Instructions for Disabling User Account Control (UAC) is designed to help you disable UAC, and then install FH®. You can obtain a copy of FH from your FH sales representative, by downloading it over the Internet.

Note: You will need to unzip the downloaded FH installation package to a temporary location on your hard drive, before starting the instructions below.
