Download the .FHz files you need

  1. In a web browser, go to http://www.firehousesoftware.com/download/Ontario_export.fhz.

    The File Download dialog box appears.

    Caution: Do not click Open in the dialog box.

  2. Click Save.

    The Save As dialog box appears.

  3. Navigate to the location on your hard drive where you want to save the file.

  4. In File name, change the extension of the file from .zip to .FHz.

    Warning: It is very important to change this file extension to .FHz, for FH to recognize the file. You do not need to unzip this file after it is downloaded.

  5. In Save as type, select All Files.

  6. Click Save.

    The Download Complete dialog box appears.

  7. Click Close.

  8. Repeat steps 1-7 to download the rest of the .FHz files you need:
