View Query SQL
As you create the query using the query builder (that is, create the query by selecting tables and fields, steps that are detailed later) FH creates the necessary SQL commands to gather the data from FH. The SQL commands can be viewed for your reference. The SQL commands are read-only.

From the Tools menu, select the Queries... option.
The Queries form is displayed.

Select the module and record area, and either create a new query, or modify an existing query.
Information on creating or modifying a query is available in Create New Query and Modify Query.
- Press View SQL.
The SQL used to gather the records displayed in the query list can be viewed at the time the query is run.

From the Tools menu, select the Queries... option.
The Queries form is displayed.

Select the query, then press Run.
If the query allows parameters, the Query Parameters form is displayed.

Enter parameters, then press OK.
Records are listed in the Query form.

Press Options..., then the View SQL... option.
The Query SQL listing is displayed, including any parameters you have added. The parameters added for the query are also listed individually in the Parameters section of the listing.
