Create a New Map
You can create maps that plot the physical location of your records.
- Access the Maps menu, then select the area where you wish to add a new graph.
- Select the appropriate category, then press New.

Do one of the following.
Create a new map- Select No at the Start With a Copy prompt.

An empty Map Designer form is displayed.
You must complete the Properties section.

Add a query that gathers the information you wish to include on the map.
- The query used to plot record locations must be a Map type query.
- Include tables that have location information.
- Press to select values to use for labeling and to select a push-pin (if different than the area's default push-pin).
- Press View Map to preview the map.
- Press Save, then Close to save the map.
