Batch Maintenance

You can add maintenance or test details for more than one equipment or apparatus record in a single step. To add batch maintenance/test details:

1. From the File menu, select the Apparatus and Equipment option, then Batch Maintenance/Test Entry option.

   The Apparatus/Equipment browser is displayed.

2. Tag the records you want to add a maintenance or test detail to, then press OK.

   The Maintenance/Test Detail form is displayed.

3. Enter the maintenance/test details.

4. Press Save to add the maintenance/test records to each piece of equipment/apparatus you selected.
