Incident Report Authorizations

Report authorizations are most often used to indicate member making report or quality control.

  1. Access the authorization form in one of these ways.

  2. Press Add below the Report Authorizations area.

    The Report Authorization form is displayed.

  3. Select or type Authorization Type, Date, Time, Staff ID, and additional information.

    Tip: Associate a Staff Number with a specific user, and when that user is logged in and adds a report authorization, their name is automatically inserted into the report authorization record.

    When you create an OC authorization and the member making report is the same person, check Add or update Member Making Report authorization with this same information. When the OC authorization is saved, a MM authorization is simultaneously added with the same information.

  4. Complete remaining required and applicable fields and add additional records as needed.
