Add EMS Patient Injury Matrix Entry

1. From the File menu, select the EMS/Search & Rescue Reporting option EMS/Search & Rescue Reports option.
2. (If the EMS/Search & Rescue Report form is displayed) Press Browse (or Ctrl + O), highlight the record, then press OK.
3. (If the Query form is displayed) Select an incident, then press OK.
4. Click the Patient/Victims tab.
5. Highlight a patient and press Open.
6. Click the Clinical tab, Injury Matrix tab.
7. Press Include Injury Matrix if section is not already enabled.
8. Check the appropriate injury matrix entry boxes.
9. Press Save to add the injury matrix.
