Add EMS Patient Injury Illness

1. From the File menu, select the EMS/Search & Rescue Reporting option EMS/Search & Rescue Reports option.
2. (If the EMS/Search & Rescue Report form is displayed) Press Browse (or Ctrl + O), highlight the record then press OK.
3. (If the Query form is displayed) Select an incident then press OK.
4. Click the Patient/Victims tab.
5. Highlight a patient and press Open.
6. Click the Clinical tab Injury/Illness Codes tab.
7. Press Add to add a injury illness detail, or Add Group to add multiple injury/illness details (multiple injury/illness types for multiple body sites).
8. Save and close.
