Add EMS Patient Narrative

1. From the File menu, select the EMS/Search & Rescue Reporting option EMS/Search & Rescue Reports option.
2. (If the EMS/Search & Rescue Report form is displayed) Press Browse (or Ctrl + O), highlight the record then press OK.
3. (If the Query form is displayed) Select an incident then press OK.
4. Click the Patient/Victims tab.
5. Highlight a patient and press Open.
6. Click the Patient Narrative tab.
7. Add patient narrative.
8. Save and close patient record.
