Add EMS Narrative

1. From the File menu, select the EMS/Search & Rescue Reporting option, then the EMS/Search & Rescue Reports option.
2. (If the EMS/Search & Rescue Report form is displayed) Press Browse (or Ctrl + O), highlight the record, then press OK.
3. (If the Query form is displayed) You are ready to select an incident, then press OK.
4. Click the Incident Narrative tab.
5. Type notes for the EMS incident.

6. Press F7 to spell check the narrative.

   There is also a narrative for each patient.

   Note: To prevent breaching the security of patient data, we recommend that you do not include patient information in the Incident Narrative section.

7. Save and close patient record.
