Correct an EMS alarm date

1. In the Query dialog box, select the record with an invalid alarm date, and then click OK.

   The EMS/Search & Rescue Report dialog box populates with information about the incident.

   

2. From the menu bar, choose Form → Renumber EMS/Search & Rescue Report.

   The Renumber EMS/Search & Rescue Reports dialog box appears.

   

3. In New Incident No., enter the incident number you need to change the date for.
4. In Alarm Date, correct the date as needed.
5. Click OK.
6. In the EMS/Search & Rescue Report dialog box, click Save.
7. Continue with Check for invalid dates in EMS incident records.
