Synchronize the client with the FH database

1. In the FH Mobile Response Data Sync Utility dialog box, choose Advanced → Run Sync Only.

   A Data Sync currently running message and progress bar appears in the dialog box, and another Synchronization dialog box appears.

   

   Note: If you have a large FH database, synchronizing could take some time.

   When the synchronization completes, the Synchronization dialog box closes, and the Synchronization Success dialog box appears.

   

2. Click OK.

   In the FH Mobile Response Data Sync Utility dialog box, a Sync Completed message appears.

   

3. Continue with Configure the client to find the FH Mobile Response server.
