Welcome to FH Inspector, a powerful new tool for recording inspection results, generating violation notices, and more, using the FIREHOUSE Software Cloud and iPad™ technology.

The FIREHOUSE Software Cloud Service is a secured connection which uses an HTTPS address and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect data as it is pushed from the FIREHOUSE Software 7 database at the fire station to the FIREHOUSE Software Cloud, and then pulled from the FIREHOUSE Software Cloud to the iPad in your hands.

Note: Information about what is new and issues that have been resolved is available in the Release Notes for each release.

Using FH Inspector involves two different types of user: 

• An administrator, who sets up the department's account on the FIREHOUSE Software Cloud, pushes data from the database to the FIREHOUSE Software Cloud, and licenses the iPad to access the FIREHOUSE Software Cloud.
• The end user, who uses the iPad while performing occupancy and hydrant inspections, and who synchronizes the iPad with the FIREHOUSE Software Cloud.

The tasks of these two types of users are different, and depending on what you need to accomplish, the information in the online Administrator's Guide and User's Guide can help you set up and run FH Inspector with ease.
