Access the FIREHOUSE Software web site or email support

You can access more information about FH Inspector on the FIREHOUSE Software web site, email the technical support, or email general questions for more information.

1. In the upper right corner of the interface, touch the menu icon.

   A menu of options appears.

   

2. Depending on what you want to do, do one of the following.

   View the FH Inspector web page

   1. Select FH Inspector web site.

      You are prompted to confirm that you want to close FH Inspector and visit the FIREHOUSE Software web site.

      

   2. Touch Yes.

      The web browser launches, and the FH Inspector for iPad page on the FIREHOUSE Software web site appears.

   Email the FH Inspector support team

   1. Select Email Support.

      A blank email message appears, which will go to the general FIREHOUSE Software support group.

   2. Fill out and send the email as normal.
   Contact the FH Inspector support group

   1. Select Contact Us.

      A blank email message appears, which will go to the FH Inspector support group.

   2. Fill out and send the email as normal.
