Windows update errors

Below is a list of the known Windows updates that cause errors with the FH Web Connection Manager in earlier versions of FH Web.

Note: The information below was last updated October 17, 2016.

Warning: Windows XP, Windows Server 2008, and older Windows versions are no longer supported, and performing any Windows updates or updating the FH Web Connection Manager may cause unsupported errors. It is recommended that you update to a newer operating system before making any changes to the FH Web environment.

Below are the current versions of FH Web and the Windows updates that affected them.

Note: 

  • Versions of FH Web newer than 4.8.1.20444 require Internet Explorer 10 or higher.
  • Uninstalling any of the updates below usually resolves the errors with FH Web.
