Connection failed. The server cannot create a new session

Issue  

You are using a Web browser on the client computer to access FH Web, and the following error message appears.

Connection failed. The server cannot create a new session.

Explanation  

Your DNS server may be set up incorrectly, and communication with the domain controller is not working well with the FH Web server. As a result, authentication issues are occurring.

Workaround  

  1. Reboot the FH Web server to re-establish communication with the domain controller.
  2. Choose Start → Run.

    The Run dialog box appears.

  3. In Open, type ipconfig /flushdns.
  4. Click OK.
  5. From the client computer, try to access FH Web again as normal.
  6. (If the error message appears again) Contact FH technical support for assistance resolving the issue.
