Display location information in the status bar

In addition to displaying location information in the Location Information pane, you can also display address, latitude and longitude, US National Grid number, and whether the location is inside a point of interest or geographic query in the status bar at the bottom of the interface.

1. At the bottom of the Location Information pane, click Configure.

   The Location Information Configuration dialog box appears.

2. Do any of the following.

   Display the location's address in the status bar

   1. Click the Address tab.

      

   2. Select Show in Status Bar.
   Display the location's latitude and longitude in the status bar

   1. Click the Latitude/Longitude tab.

      

   2. Select Show in Status Bar.
   Display the location's US National Grid number in the status bar

   1. Click the US National Grid tab.

      

   2. Select Show in Status Bar.

   Depending on what information you decided to display in the status bar, additional text appears across the bottom of the interface.

3. Click Close.
