Specify administrators for FH Medic

  1. At the bottom of the spreadsheet, click the Administrators tab.

    The Administrators worksheet appears.

  2. In the User Name (First & Last Name) column, for each person who needs administrator-level access to FH Medic, type the person's first and last name on a new line.
  3. In the User ID column, for each person you specified, type the ID number that represents that person in FH Medic.

    Note: Validation checking is automatically performed on the User ID column. If you enter a duplicate user ID, an error message appears.

  4. In the Password column, for each person, type the password that person should use when logging into FH Medic.
  5. In the Access Level column, for each person, click the cell in the corresponding row, click the menu icon that appears, and then choose the administration access level that person will have in FH Medic from the drop-down menu list.
  6. (If the person has an email address) In the E-Mail Address column, for each person, type the email address for that person.
  7. Choose File → Save, and then close the spreadsheet.
  8. Email the spreadsheet as an attachment back to the FH Medic Cloud administration team.

    FH Medic Cloud administration team will use the data in the spreadsheet to set up and pre-populated your department's FH Medic administration web site with the information. They will then be send you the URL and login credentials you need to access the department's administration site on the FH Medic Cloud.
