View exported data

  1. In the row of links that appear across the top of every page, click Exports.

    The Data Exports page appears.

  2. Click View Exported Data.

    The Exports -> View / Download Exports page appears.

  3. From Export Type, select the type of data you want to export.
  4. From Ticket Status To Export, select the status of tickets you want to export.
  5. Do one of the following.
