5.1.36 Release Notes

These Release Notes are for FH CAD Monitor release 5.1.36, and provide a listing of the defects resolved and the enhancements implemented during this release.

The following issue was successfully resolved this release.

If you use the steps below to set up and test email notification when an error occurs, the following error appeared: 

SMTP Mailer Error Last Reply 250 OK

  1. At the bottom of the FIREHOUSE Software CAD Monitor window, click Options.

    The FIREHOUSE Software CAD Monitor Options dialog box appears.

  2. Click the Logs & Errors tab.

  3. Under Error Handling, select Send email when error occurs.

    Additional fields under Send email when error occurs activate.

  4. Enter the necessary email address and email server information.
  5. Click Send Test Email.

The following enhancements were implemented this release.

CAD Monitor now runs on Windows Vista and Windows 64-bit computers.

The Northrup-Gumman interface can now read field 160 (five-digit zip codes), 161 (10-character latitude values), and 162 (11-character longitude values).

All FH CAD Monitor interfaces now support all the current FH 7 legacy date and time fields.

Two mappings were added between FH legacy incident fields and the Spillman interface.

  • The FH Dispatch Notify Date and Time field maps to the earliest value in Spillman's CADMasterCallTable. This is either the TimeDateOccurredEarliest or TimeDateOccurredBefore field.
  • The FH Narrative field maps to Spillman's CADMasterCallCommentsTable table, to the CallTakerComments field.
