Map CAD unit values to FIREHOUSE Software unit values

Some CAD systems track unit response activities in multiple records in a CAD unit or resource activity table. Each unit status change results in a new record. FIREHOUSE Software tracks unit responses in a single record, with date/time values for each recognized status (unit notified, en route, canceled, arrived scene, cleared, and back in service).

  1. (If you selected Run as a Service during installation) Stop the FH CAD Monitor service.
