Update FH Analytics

1. Launch FH Analytics as normal, and then access the Admin tab.

2. Note all the settings on this page.

   After the update to the new version of FH Analytics, you will need to re-enter the information on this tab.

3. In the email, click the link provided and follow the prompts that appear to download the .QVW file to a location on your hard drive.

4. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the location where you downloaded the new .QVW file, and copy it.
5. Navigate to your FH Analytics C:\FHAnalytics.

6. In the directory, find the existing .QVW file, and rename it with the prefix old_.

   Example: old_FHAnalytics_V14.qvw

7. Paste the copy of the new .QVW file into the FH Analytics installation directory.

   The next time you launch FH Analytics, it locates the new .QVW file automatically, and uses it to update the FH Analytics software.

8. (Optional) Delete the .QVW file you added the old_ prefix to.

9. Launch FH Analytics as normal, and then access the Admin tab.
10. Enter the information you noted in the previous version of FH Analytics on this tab, to set up your connection information and preferences with the new version of FH Analytics.

11. Choose File → Refresh Data to refresh the data in the new version of FH Analytics.

    The Script Execution Progress dialog box appears while the data refreshes.
