Run the Sweet-Billing data export

1. Start the export from one of the following: 

   The File menu

   1. Choose File → EMS Search & Rescue Reporting → Export EMS Transaction File.

      The Select EMS Export dialog box appears.

      

   2. Select UPASC_OrtivusEmsBilling_V0709, and then click OK.
   The Administration menu

   1. Choose Administration → Database Administration → Custom Data Export.

      The Custom Data Export dialog box appears.

      

   2. Select UPASC_OrtivusEmsBilling_V709, and then click Run.

      You are prompted for confirmation to run the custom data export.

   3. Click Yes.

   The Custom Data Export "UPASC_OrtivusEmsBilling_V0709" wizard appears.

   

   Caution: The file name must always start with UPASC. The date the file is generated is appended automatically to the end for the file name, before the extension.

2. Click Next >.

   The Completion screen of the custom data export wizard appears.

   

3. Select the option that fits your needs for handling the .EXX file once it is created, and then click Next >.

   The summary screen of the custom data export wizard appears.

   

4. Click Finish.

   The Query Parameters - Amazon EMS Main dialog box appears.

   

5. In the dialog box, set any filters that you need to export the data you want to send to Sweet-Billing.

6. Click Run Query.

   The data exports, and then the Custom Data Export Log Details dialog box appears.

7. Click OK.
8. In the Custom Data Export dialog box, click Close.
9. Send the .EXX file created during the export to Sweet-Billing for processing and collection.
