Display an individual's schedule

  1. Choose File → Staff Members.

    A blank Schedule dialog box appears.

  2. Click Browse.

    The Query dialog box appears.

  3. Select a staff member, and then click OK.

    The Staff dialog box populates with information.

  4. Click the Additional Records tab.

  5. Click Schedules.

    The Staff Schedule Calendar dialog box appears.

    By default, the schedule shows the on-duty times all the schedules the staff member is assigned on.

  6. (Optional) Clear Show On Duty Times For All Schedules, and then on the right side of the dialog box, select the schedule you want to see the on-duty times for

    The calendar on the left side of the dialog box updates to show only the on-duty times for the selected schedule.

  7. Click OK.
  8. In the Staff dialog box, click Close.
