Enable database audit tracking
- 
                                                            Choose Administration → Administrative Options. The Administrative Options dialog box that appears.

                                                            Click the Database tab, and then click the Auditing tab. By default, basic audit tracking is enabled. 
- 
                                                             (Optional) Enable more detailed audit tracking. (Optional) Enable more detailed audit tracking.- Select Enable detailed audit tracking.
- Depending on the level of changes you want to track, select Track changes to records or Track changes to fields.
- Under Select the databases for which you want to enable detail audit tracking, select or clear the types of information you want to track.
 
- Click OK.
