Heads-Up Display
To the right of the Update bar, the Heads-Up Display (HUD) displays information as you draw, and is a convenient way to verify size and location when drawing lines, angles and quick shapes.
Line drawing is easy with the HUD, as it displays information as you enter it.

Example: When drawing a line that is 24.7’ long ,enter: |
Direct angle input uses the HUD to report input for an angle you have measured.

Example: You need to draw a 20’ line that turns to the left at 53°. To draw this, enter |
Rectangular quick shapes dimensions appear in the HUD as you enter the width and height of the area you are drawing.

Example: You have an area in which the width and height are 24’ x 20’. To draw this shape, enter |
Multiple-sided quick shapes are also displayed in the HUD.
