Field Picker

Limits displayed active fields. Inactive fields cannot be accessed, examined, or modified. Data in the table itself is not affected.

1. Select a From table to determine available fields.
2. Add fields from All fields to Selected fields in one of these ways.
• Select fields (multiple select is enabled) in All fields and press Move to add the field to the quick report.
• Press All to add all fields from the selected table to the quick report.
3. Highlight a field in Selected fields and press Remove to remove the field from the quick report.
4. Press Remove All to remove all fields from the quick report.
5. Press OK to display the Quick Report form.
