Validate File Locations

When file location discrepancies are located either at startup or when database tools are run, the duplicate or misplaced file is listed.

Warning: We recommend allowing FH to make the correction. There will be instances where FH will not make the correct change, so review each item before changing. Review the location information by selecting a listed file and pressing More Info.

1. Press Recommend.
2. Select Yes to prompt.
3. FH selects each item action (Remove of Keep)

4. Check Place removed files in folder C:\PROGRAM FILES\FIREHOUSE SOFTWARE\Validate_YYYYMMDD to transfer removed files to a backup location.

   YYYY is the current year, MM is the month, and DD is the current year when the files are removed.

5. Press Apply Changes.
